When the whole of Manhattan is under you, there won't be an ordinary project. It was obvious: none of my interior delights can compete with the panorama of the metropolis. Therefore, I set the task: to create a timeless elegant space, warm and comfortable, and most importantly, not distracting from what is outside. ”
The penthouse has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a small kitchen, a dressing room, a library, a laundry room, a parade hall. There is a separate entrance for servants. The advantages of such condominiums are that residents get access to the service, comparable to the offer of a five-star hotel. They have a private restaurant where Michelin’s chef, Sean Hergatt, runs, a cinema with 18 seats, a billiard room, a 25-meter pool, a spa and a fitness center, including yoga classes ... She began her career as a designer under the leadership of renowned hotelier Ian Schreger, working with Andre Putman and Philippe Starck. The first independent work, when Kelly founded her own studio, was the loft for the former boss. The reputation of the brave, willing to take risks, brought Behan to the top designers.
