Attempts to define the style are countless. And at the same time truly stylish people, things, interiors - it is always balancing on the edge: between fashion and tradition, shocking and kitsch, this is always a right guessing mood. And the mood of the coming century is such that teasing femininity is again in fashion - and at the same time uncompromising independence. As for architecture, the most relevant in creating conceptual interiors is still high-tech. And this is despite the fact that the history of the "style of the future" has more than 150 years! (Recall that Paxton built his famous Crystal Palace in 1851.) Contrary to the old prophecies of the futurists, once inspired by the image of New York, the glittering cities of glass and reinforced concrete have not yet completely replaced the traditional urban architecture and high-tech in many respects it remains predominantly a style of conceptual spaces - modern offices, clubs, dance halls and music videos. It was this atmosphere of the elite "shop-club" that was managed to be conveyed to the creators of the Moscow Vassa boutique on Nikolskaya Street, 4. The interior, the space of which consists of several volumes flowing into each other, is based on the "dramatic" effects: The first hall sets off the boiled whiteness of the second and third halls. Added to this are a few spots of sparkling red, a bit of cold metal, a bit of glass. Nothing extra. Constructive minimalism under the whitewashed vaulted ceilings, the enchanting voice of Ella Fitzgerald and photos of New York. Cosmopolitan city, where futuristic dreams, the expectation of a new style - the essence of being.
