Sevres Porcelain Manufactory has been known since the 18th century and is closely connected with the history of the French monarchy. The craftsmen of the factory create porcelain thin, dense, with a uniform surface, with a gentle tapping, a melodious ringing is a sign of high quality. That sound was the starting point for the creation of a series of Suzu (from Jap. "Bell").

Under the covers of containers resembling serving dishes, small porcelain disks are hidden on a movable mount. Each time you raise or lower the lid you hear a slight jingle. There are five models to choose from: differences in shape and size provide each individual sound. The lids themselves are painted in a “royal” blue shaded by gold decor - Bleu de Roi - the signature color of the Sevres manufactory, which it developed in the 18th century.
