The name “Black Strap” refers to the brutally extravagant image of the architect: objects of colored glass of various shapes and volumes received characteristic black straps. The Black Belt collection is not the first in a series of Venini works with legendary architects. At one time, Ettore Sottsass, Gae Aulenti, Joe Ponti, Massimiliano Fuksas created the masterpieces of Murano glass design. At the end of 2017, Japanese architect Tadao Ando and Venini “launched” Ando Cosmos.
