“Despite specific requirements, customers provided me with maximum freedom of expression. We have expanded the scope of the classic style, complementing it with modern elements. It was this combination that made it possible to achieve the desired result, ”says the author of the project. The combined living and dining area is located in the most spacious room of the first floor. Another multipurpose space was the hall of the second floor combined with the library. In all other cases, the architects tried to follow the classical principle and allocate independent space for each occupation.
In the more secluded right wing there is a host’s office and a corridor leading to the SPA area. The entertainment area, consisting of a home cinema and a billiard room, was taken to the basement floor. On the second floor are the master and guest bedrooms, as well as children's rooms.
Each of the premises of the house has its own individual character, and the coloristic decision of the interior emphasizes these features. In the private apartments of the owners dominated by calm colors - brown, beige, olive and gold. Guest bedroom is solved in a more active - purple - color. Such a polar choice of colors emphasizes the function of each of the premises.
Master bedroom is designed for permanent residence. The guest room, by definition, is focused on a short stay, and bright colors are appropriate here. Playing on contrasting combinations of colors, textures and styles formed the basis of the project. Home cinema and billiard room are located opposite each other and stylistically also embody absolute opposites: the brightness of the Oriental style and expressiveness of the classics combined with minimalism.
Furniture, accessories and lamps of classic and modern design look favorably against the background of monochrome or ornamented walls, decorated with decorative plaster. The ceilings are decorated with cornices, stucco and paintings made by the author's sketches. At the same time, the main thing is not lost behind the decorative elements and the bright, atypical for the classics coloristic decision. Namely, comfortable, modern in spirit and content of the interior, not constrained by the conventions of any one direction.
