The most important functions are controlled by the smart home system. Take light, for example. The installation of a large number of lamps in this apartment is justified - each of them participates in the creation of different versions of light scenes from chamber to ceremonial. (A light control system was built on the basis of the European installation bus Instabus and the American integrated control system AMX).

When programming the system, the installers created a whole catalog of scripts, each of which can be selected with the help of just one command (to do this, simply press the desired button on the touch panel). If the owner is in the apartment alone, he usually chooses a program when only those few rooms are lit where he prefers to be, for example, a study and a bedroom (by the way, the moderate brightness of the light is also set by the program). If a party is scheduled, the host chooses a different scenario, including all chandeliers and lamps at once with one button, and the living room and the dining room are especially brightly lit.

In general, the reception of guests in this project was given a special place from the point of view of architecture, and from the point of view of engineering. If we talk about architectural and decoration techniques, these are open spaces, as if gathered together by elegant triple openings, beautifully decorated windows like a palace, a parquet floor made of precious wood, the design of which exactly repeats the pattern of the parquet in the Menshikov Palace. In such an apartment, you can organize a social reception or a musical evening, or invite close friends for a cup of tea, or watch a movie in a home theater - an event of any scale will be held here with a bang.

To solve this problem, the installers organized the management of the multimedia complex in such a way that music and movies can be heard and seen simultaneously in different rooms of the apartment (thanks to the AV server and the multi-room system). For convenience, the climate system, the security system, and electromechanical curtains are integrated into the overall system. Management is carried out using touch panels installed in almost every room. All the necessary technical stuffing is hidden in a separate room.

But there is a technique that was worth the show. The authors did just that. Italian speakers SONUS FABER, covered with white embossed leather, were installed in the bar and in the dining room. And in the living room - English acoustics TANNOY, whose shells are made of solid oak, and the grill tightened elegant English tweed.
