The futuristic facade of YOOMA Urban Lodge is turned to the main tourist point of the city - the Eiffel Tower. The external volume of the building is completely covered by wide steel sheets alternating with active bright blue inserts and black and white inserts. Conceptualist Buren was responsible for the color in the project: following a clear structure, he “inhabits” the entire hotel with deep blue. The color is repeated in the racks and windows of the lobby, he also decorated the bar and hotel corridors. In the interiors, Büren uses his favorite tricks - a simple color palette and alternating stripes: the classic combination of black and white adjoins the dominant blue color.

The guests of the new hotel should be the millennials (18-30 years old) and thripsters (“tripsters” - tourists who explore the world). The bid of Pierre Beckerich (Pierre Beckerich), the founder of YOOMA, was made on Airbnb customers: “One third of people who stop in the capital come in groups of four to five people. What do they have besides Airbnb? I decided to create a londge urbail - a first-class town house that can accommodate large families or groups of friends at very competitive prices. ”
