How in the center of a densely populated, full of drama Moscow live pleasantly and measuredly? It turns out that for this it is enough to choose the right house and continue the traditions of the Moscow intelligentsia - for example, in the love of playing music and art. The customers of the apartment in Skatertny Lane are a family with four children, enlightened people with good taste are old acquaintances of the architect Inna Rannak.

“A very hospitable family, with home parties, chamber concerts and children's performances,” says Inna. - The course of their lives is predictable and understandable. It largely determined the calm classical spirit of the project. ”

They bought an apartment in the apartment building of the 1910s, which was renovated without much reverence, but quite decently. That is why architecture became the second starting point for the interior image. The style, which varies Moscow modern, was set by a tiled facade, a beautiful staircase, the proportions of the rooms, high ceilings. And thanks to collectible black and white photography, the apartment received an additional, more fashionable dimension.

“The interior always crystallizes slowly and gradually,” says Inna. - It was easy to work in Skatertny Lane: the project took shape in one breath.

The color of the walls was selected in accordance with the facade palette. The living room is decorated in a dark gray tone, there are more beige rooms, there is a coffee tint. Each room is painted in two colors - the horizontal gypsum cornice serves as the border. Fretwork continues the color of the wall, not the ceiling - such techniques determine the culture of the interior. The decorative motif - an ornamental tile that lined the floors in the kitchen, in the hallway and the bathroom - also reminds of the historical architecture of the early twentieth century. "

Large black and white photographs - the works of Boris Ignatovich, Charles Kimmerl - play an important role here. They set the style contrast, without disturbing the color balance. And besides, they take the viewer out of the apartment space, push the walls apart, present the perspective. The author of the project Inna Rannak has a small, but very interesting collection of Russian graphics, appreciates theatrical sketches of the world of art.

The architect offers Moscow clients their own individual style. Estonian Inna Rannak was born and spent her childhood in Tallinn. She studied at the Moscow Architectural Institute, practicing in Moscow. But until now, the modern architecture and interior design of the Baltics for her is a source of ideas and inspiration, an ideal tuning fork, according to which she regularly adjusts her taste.

The author is characterized by simplicity and attention to detail, a specific, extremely restrained interpretation of the classics with subtle gradations of color and minimal decor developed by the countries of Northern Europe. In each project of the architect, the style version will be special, but the corporate approach is always felt. For Inna, this is not only a set of rules and techniques, but also a lifestyle: every week she takes lessons in classical vocal and attends opera premieres.
