Customers: people are young, dynamic, fashionable, with clear functional demands: “We need an apartment for two with an isolated bedroom, with which there should be a bathroom and a dressing room. All the rest of the house is as open as possible with the possibility of both combining and separating. At the same time, the isolation of the rooms is not “deaf.” Yes, one more thing! - A dog needs a bathroom (and cleaning equipment). And a guest. The guest room is not necessary - we do not sleep ”House: new, monolithic, suitable for redevelopment. Windows overlook three sides of the world. The sun here is a frequent visitor, which is good. But there was also a hitch - in the center of the apartment there was a ventilation riser, with which nothing could be done. They also decided not to transfer the zone of "wet" premises (so as not to bother with the agreement in the SES). All new planning, thus, was built around the sprue and sanitary facilities.Planning: a kind of spiral. Here is the line of its movement: the front door is a hallway area with a guest bathroom and a dog "washroom" - kitchen area - dining room living room-study area - bedroom - bathroom - dressing room. The master bedroom, of course, is the most distant from the front door and the "rave" space. This is the only self-isolated room from which you can, however, get to the balcony, bathroom and dressing room. The bathroom is a walk-through, which is quite acceptable for two people. In addition, it is very dry air (due to ventilation).Interior Stylistics modern. You can say "high-tech with elements of transforming." The spatial solution is based on a single scheme, “assembled” from transformable modules-rooms. At the interior level, they, in turn, break up into smaller modular components that support architectural ideas. General style themes of the interior are light, color, glass, metal, furniture wall. Let's start with it.Furniture wall difficult to deploy and supports the idea of unity of the interior. Made according to the architect’s own sketches, it formally unites the living-dining-room-study area — it goes arching along the wall in a continuous line, changing the direction, functionality and rhythmic structure of the cells as they go.Glass and light also support the idea of unity. And also the idea of transparency. We have already written that the apartment is located on three sides of the world and therefore light. Direct sunlight penetrates through it. In the morning from the bedroom through a frosted glass wall into the office, living room and dining room. In the afternoon - from the office to the living room, the dining room and through the frosted glass of the sliding doors to the kitchen. In the evening, from the dining room to the living room, study and through the glass wall to the bedroom. That is, with the help of transparent glass elements, the interior is additionally united by light. The glass theme does not end there. From it made the "framing" of the former doorways, shelves, tables in the living room, the doors of the lockers. Meaning? On the one hand - the interior "reinforce" architectural moves. On the other hand - to "dissolve" the boundaries of space, real and implied. On the third - to visually relieve some of the furnishings (tables, shelves), which are necessary, but cumbersome. And, finally, to once again illustrate the modern interior.Metal concentrated mainly in the bathrooms and in the bathroom, where the shower is shielded with polished stainless steel, a special bar is curved for the curtain, and near the bathtub there are three metal poles for the sustainability of the person standing in it and taking the shower. In the living room, bedroom and other rooms we see only small metallic inclusions - delicate and thin.Colour as neutral as possible. This allows quite active interior forms to be completely "read." The main colors of the interior are white, gray, bluish, ocher. Additional - black (tile in bathrooms, hallway, kitchen), blue (tile in the bathroom). The impression of the interior - stylish and cool. What, according to the architect, corresponds to the perception of the life of the owners and, at the same time, slightly compensates for their temperament ... Of course, they boldly said, but the owners have been living here for half a year already and are very pleased with the apartment - they said it themselves!
