Italian architect Matteo Thun, the author of unforgettable collections of sanitary ware, became one of the heroes of the new Brioni Spring-Summer 2019 collection.

Matteo Thun studied under the legendary expressionist Oscar Kokoschka, together with Ettore Sottsass developed the radical design of "Memphis". In 1984 he founded his own studio in Milan and since then has been working on commercial products and interiors, designing everything from coffee cups to hotels.
Thun captured by the frame on the steps of his Italian home and partially immersed in the pool in a white shirt made of poplin. Together with sports journalist Gerard Holtz, artist Hisao Hanafus, entrepreneur Marco Danielle Thun entered the pool of "real" men Brioni. Nina-Maria Nietzsche, creative director of Brioni, who worked with Martin Margela and Demna Gvasalia, created an image of the collection based on real people in the entourage of the Italian summer and luxurious Italian interiors.
