Among the top addresses of appealing California is the “American Cannes” - Palm Springs - a town in the desert, which became the embodiment of the American dream and the architectural “reserve” of modernism.

In 2017, it was exactly 70 years since the construction of Twin Palms in Palm Springs - the villas of Frank Sinatra, designed by Stuart Williams. Small houses with a patio, a swimming pool and a pair of palm trees have become a brilliant project of the Alexander Construction Company.
