Around the fireplace should be located fairly standard set of accessories and decor items. A mirror above the fireplace, a fireplace screen and a carpet, an enormous chair, preferably in Victorian style, and also hours and figurines on the chimney shelf. The most important and interesting thing here is to choose what these items will be like. Mirror - Venetian, with a patina? What frame? Watch - which ones? And then maybe add another pair of vases? By all means!
