Concrete "tank" is at the level of seven meters below the ground. “I came up with the name CICterna Hall, recalling the history of Constantinople,” says the author of the project. “It was Constantine the Great in the 4th century AD, when he came to this city, he built a huge reservoir for underground water, which was simply called cicterna. , colors, smell and style. And we made it so intentionally. It is designed so that you can pour a skating rink and arrange an ice show or make a pool, it can rain here or stand a forest of Christmas trees for the New Year. gray concrete walls. The main thing in this space is man, and that is why I created the interior "without a face" to enable people to create. "
