It is prestigious to live in the center of Moscow, but with the serene life in a country house, it would seem that city conditions still cannot compare. The inhabitants of this apartment moved from the house in the Moscow region to the city center, but they almost did not notice it - the interior of their new apartment carefully reproduces the beloved atmosphere of the country estate.

The trend, in fact, relevant. The family is used to living in their own personal idyll, but the work is tied to the metropolis. Therefore, a city apartment becomes like a branch of the house number one - a large one, located in a pleasant distance from the urban environment. Designer Julia Kryuchkova designed the interior in such a way that the owners of the apartment, when moving, did not feel the contrast between the rural bliss and the dynamics of the capital. Therefore, the apartment does not look like an apartment; rather, it resembles the chambers of a small patriarchal manor. The aesthetics of the family nest is manifested in everything - and in the features of the layout, and in the mixing of styles, and in the details of the decor.

The apartment is divided into three full-fledged independent blocks - almost like in a big house, where the rooms of the owners, children and public spaces are located separately. Accordingly, in this interior, the guest area with a winter garden and a study is separated by a corridor from the master bedroom, as well as from the children's rooms, which are preceded by a separate hall.

The layout may seem strange for the current format of a modern apartment, but just the owners and the designer wanted to move away from this format. At this oddity does not end. In the geometry of the premises a lot of irregular lines, the symmetry is deliberately broken. The living room has the shape of an arc, as well as the master bedroom. Therefore, at the entrance you get an interesting effect - from the beginning of the room you can not see its end, it is hidden behind a smooth turn. For example, entering the bedroom does not immediately see the bed, and the owners feel particularly protected from the outside world. In general, all the elements of the interior, up to the smallest details, work on the feeling of security. The stylistic concept of the apartment is also focused on creating an extraordinary comfort. Of all the most comfortable styles the author of the project Julia Kryuchkova chose exactly Russian modern, because it is characterized by soft lines, floral ornaments, the absence of rigid forms and right angles.

To create a deliberately outdated and non-urban atmosphere, a special lighting concept was developed. Bright light from the windows is muffled by thick curtains and tulle. Electric light is deliberately scattered and wonderfully transformed through stained glass windows. Furniture and accessories were selected not just in the classical style, but with a certain texture - deep, rich, very pleasant to the touch.

At one time, when St. Petersburg was the capital of the empire, Moscow was considered a patriarchal and cozy city. And, it seems, in our times, when Moscow streets are becoming less and less cozy and patriarchal, in the interiors the current trend was nostalgia for the serene comfort of Moscow, the former, non-capital. And the project Yulia Kryuchkova confirmation of this.

Julia Kryuchkova:"The main wish of the customers is that the city apartment should not look like the city apartment. Strangely enough, the style Art Nouveau, which, being originally urban, is not very similar to modern urban life - there is nothing straightforward, harsh, or sharp about it. "
