The founder of the brand Giovanni Pozzoli made furniture for King Victor Emmanuel III. Today the enterprise is managed by the grandson of Giovanni, Fabio Romano. The brand has several lines: the first is replicas of antique furniture, the second is the author's works of Fabio Romano himself (produced in limited series). At the exhibition in Moscow, several items from this collection were shown, in particular, luxurious cabinet furniture and elegant dining sets, decorated with Ebano Makassar veneer with a spectacularly complex pattern. The desk and work chair have a “telescopic” base: the legs consist of several cylinders, the upper ones are wider than the lower ones, thanks to which this massive furniture looks lighter. Cabinet furnishings are complemented with fine ivory inlays. The table set, in turn, is decorated with mother-of-pearl inserts, and details are made of gilded bronze. ”
