Architects say that the customer is from a generation of young and motivated. They value their time and spend it selectively. The customer has his own business, he often travels and, on his way home, wants to relax and rest as much as possible.

Nothing ostentatious, the interior, adjusted to the smallest detail, so that here was comfortable with this particular person - this is how the “technical assignment” given to the architects looked.

The apartment is located in a modern residential complex. Metric area (65 sq.m.) assumed a compact layout. The architects combined the kitchen with the living room and the entrance area, creating a single space. Separately rendered private rooms: bedroom, bathroom. The starting point for the interior design was the image of a minimalist loft. As the customer said to the architects: “Less words, more essence.” One of the walls in the space of the kitchen-living room is left untreated: the texture and pattern of concrete themselves became an element of decor, reflecting the brutal nature of the male interior.

The emphasis on textures plays an important role in the whole interior. In the bedroom, the wall behind the bed is decorated with wooden panels imitating the parquet flooring, and the bathroom and the bathroom are tiled with a tactilely pleasant surface. The design is sustained neutral gamma. Many dark, muted colors that support the theme of relaxation.

The customer is particularly meticulous about the quality in detail. Therefore, the interior was furnished with expensive furniture by Italian brands that pay special attention to maestrites in the processing of the material. So in the living room appeared Poliform marble table, ottoman Minotti, Divanidea sofa.

A special role was played by the lighting and paintings, filling the interior. The main built-in lighting was supplemented with spotlights: a painted metal pipe with led lighting was set up along the concrete wall in the living room, creating a futuristic image of the interior, an original Brokis desk lamp was found in the lounge area that gives a warm, soft light that sets the mood of comfort . For interior design, they also selected paintings from the Kiev gallery of the Stedley Art Foundation (in particular, the works of Vitaly Kokhan and Artem Volokitin).
