Sprawling along Neglinnaya, the flat line of all-wheel drive cars of the SAV-class with electronic control stopped waiting. They were waiting for the start of a star test drive, which BMW organized for their new car. Russian celebrities were the first in Europe to get behind the wheel of a BMW X5 and, within a month, evaluate the power of an eight-cylinder engine and the maneuverability of an improved chassis. Cosmonaut Vladimir Dzhanibekov, vice-president of Alfa-Bank Alexander Gafin, musician Garik Sukachev, actors Konstantin Kryukov and Alexey Chadov were spotted in the BMW star team.
