As you know, each color has its own psychological characteristics. Red is a bright temperament and latent aggression, dreamy, romantic natures give preference to violet ... "The psychological portrait of a house dressed in terracotta and orange shades is extremely attractive. It sounds friendliness, openness, positive life spirit The main drawback of the original layout of the apartment was a large dark hall- "tunnel" with an area of thirty square meters. This is a vast, almost equal in size living room, and absolutely non-functional space - a walk-through room without a single window, unsuitable for good rest, let alone for work. Therefore, the introduction of contemporary glass into the interior was justified not only by aesthetic, but also purely functional considerations. The solid wall separating the hall from the living room was "dematerialized", it was replaced by sliding glass panels. Formed a single flowing space of the hall-living-dining-kitchen. To give the main room additional visual volume, the height of the ceiling in the hall is lowered: when moving into the living room, the ceiling abruptly “soars up”. The sudden abundance of light, air, powerful color accents against the background of smooth creamy white walls ... The impression is akin to when in the old city through a low gloomy arch you suddenly get to the sun-drenched square. The interior is subject to the peculiar geometry of the square. "Square" theme arises in the design of sliding panels, partitions and lining of bathrooms, upholstery and lighting configuration. Even a large bay window in the living room became the “victim” of this strict, flawless rhythm. With its irregularity, oblique oblique corners, the bay window so clearly violated the overall structure of the space that it was decided to hide it behind an additional semi-transparent partition. Due to this, the room acquired a more regular and clear form, and a miniature winter garden was set up in the bay area. The presence of a large number of wide openings provoked the emergence of terracotta pylons, organizing, structuring this "bodiless". Their deep rich color, rough grainy texture give the whole interior a bright, cheerful mood. Unusually warm, colors of autumn foliage, the shade as if is transferred also to walls of color of baked milk, and to a black brilliant floor, and "incorrect", unstable glass. So the ray of the sun subjugates the whole world around. The common and intimate parts of the house are strictly separated. An additional glass soundproofing wall was erected in the corridor, which separated the bedrooms from the living room. In the private zone, the bright decorative character of the interior gives way to a softer chamber sound. Mirrored, with a golden sparkle, granite gives way to a cozy "home" parquet, open saturated colors are replaced by a more restrained palette. A calm silver-gray, ocher-brown color of kraft paper - the color decision of the master bedroom resembles a retouched old photograph. In general, the gamma is so positive that it is fit to talk about the possibilities of "color therapy within a single apartment."Sergey Timchenko: “We have tried to make the interior as informative as possible, saturated. Each component works in it: color, a combination of different textures of the walls and the floor, glass surfaces. In addition, the house is located in Samara, so it has an absolutely exclusive detail that is inaccessible even to the most respectable resident of the capital. This is a magnificent view from the window on the Volga. "
