In the laconic interior of this bedroom, the main role is played by natural materials: wood, marble, leather

The authors of the interior of this apartment creatively reworked the art-deco style, or rather (in their own words), “Soviet art deco”, the style of the 30s and 40s of the twentieth century, modernizing it. The laconism of forms is compensated here by the luxury of materials, the richness of textures and textures. This technique is especially good for the bedroom — precisely because not all the expressive means of the Soviet era for this room are good. (It is clear that a mosaic or a panel in the spirit of the Moscow metro is not suitable for chamber space.)

The panel and cabinet furniture here are made of noble wood, filed in the most advantageous way: the wood veneer is selected and laid out so as to reveal the beauty of the design. Visually comfortable things echo things tactilely pleasant: a bed and a chair upholstered in leather. With them contrasts cool polished marble, carpeting crashing into the parquet. And yes, it is still an association with the Moscow metro and palaces of the Soviet era. But absolutely implicit: it is read only in the context of the interior of the entire apartment.
