In the former shop "Gifts" (st. 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya, d. 7) opened a new institution for real gourmets and connoisseurs of French cuisine. Boutique French delicacies Fauchon and restaurant Cafe de Fauchon in the assortment is no different from the same-name establishments operating in Paris, New York and Tokyo. But the design is different everywhere. In Moscow, Fauchon minimalism is adjacent to the classics. A large luminous column (clad in glass with a logo on it) combines two floors. Since the first floor is still a shop, there is more practicality in materials: there are tiles on the floor, in the middle of the hall there are island counters decorated with zebrano, wooden classic racks around the perimeter. Most of the second floor is occupied by a restaurant with furniture from FRATELLI BOFFI and fabrics from DESIGNERS GUILD. On the same floor there is a small wine boutique, similar to a real cellar.
