Balancing on the verge of historical style and modernity, the authors of the project created this complex from a compositional point of view, a space filled with individual busy objects, in which there is not a single extra detail.

The key to successful project implementation was the fact that customers and architects knew each other well. For the "Architectural workshops of Velichkin and Golovanov," who once designed an apartment for this family, it was now the turn to build a three-story house in the Moscow region. The building was ready, but the owners were not fully satisfied with the planning scheme and the very design of the internal space. At the same time, they clearly imagined what exactly should be the result (in any case, in a stylistic sense): fusion with elements of ar-nouveau and ar-deco.
