The famous Israeli designer Daniel Hasson designed the apartment for the family of a local businessman, using the unusual principle of planning.

The apartments are located in Tel Aviv, in the Jaffa area (Tel Aviv's Old Town, with picturesque streets, shops and cafes), in one of the rare high-rises here, standing right next to the water, which Daniel managed to effectively beat.

He planned the interior so that most of the rooms had panoramic viewports. And due to the fact that the apartment is located on the lower floor, the impression was created that it was submerged under water - waves splashing a centimeter from the windows. In the architectural studio, the project was given the tacit name Sea Breeze.
