The English interior is eclectic in nature, it has a tremendous ability to absorb various styles and ages, mix antiques and their replicas, and remain recognizable, original and consonant with modernity. English eclecticism and what is sometimes understood by eclecticism are two different things. English style evolved over the centuries and because it includes many elements from different eras. All the variety of things organically combined and creates a feeling of comfort and coziness. In England, the sun is quite small, so the English color scheme, firstly, as if fills the interior with the sun, in the summer, with flowers and, secondly, envelops a person, protects against bad weather, creates a warm atmosphere. Both trends are very popular in Russia. For example, all shades of cream, golden, wiped yellow and even bright as the yolk, yellow are the best “sunny” colors for the living room. Textiles and wallpaper with birds, leaves, roses are good for dining rooms and bedrooms: it always seems like summer is around. The Scottish cage and oriental "cucumber" are good for classrooms. A saturated olive, red wine-like shade is wrapped up, creating coziness ... Now prints with a classic ornament are very relevant - large flowers, stripes, damask patterns, made in bright lilac, green, violet tones. In the new collections of English wallpaper can be found and Indian "cucumbers", and feathers, and fern leaves ... "
