Modern apartment building is located very close to the sea. The apartment is 140 square meters, of which about 40 loggias occupy the space. The spacious balcony is a great place for summer breakfasts and dinners: the most beautiful light over the sea — during sunrises and sunsets, when it is still (or already) not so hot. After all, this is not Moscow — Sochi. Although, sitting at an elegant wrought-iron table with a glass of wine, it is easy to imagine yourself in Italy or in France, and the matter is not only in the seascape, and even not so much in it. The main magic of this place is the interior itself, all the details of which are united by the theme of the Mediterranean.
