The Novosibirsk Coffee Terra coffee chain decided to combine two fashion trends - Japanese cuisine and a coffee house, having opened the Sushi Terra hybrid establishment. The most difficult task for the architect was to combine two seemingly incompatible traditions - European and Eastern. So there was an arch, reminiscent of the Japanese Torii Gate. The massive bearing pillars of this U-shaped arch are visually facilitated by a reflective coating of black plexiglass and lower illumination. It seems that the arch soars above the floor. Bright red lamps almost repeat the Japanese character of the number "10". Ascetic sofas, created by the author's sketches, at first glance seem to be stone benches. In fact, they are soft and comfortable. The red-brick niche with gold kanji hieroglyphs, which in translation means "loyalty to the place", emphasizes the easternness of this quite modern European interior.
