This apartment is a gift from parents to their son. Its interior was designed by architects Maria Silver and Sergey Makushev, with whom customers have been cooperating for years.

Maria Silver: “The initiators of the project were our regular customers (a couple) who decided to make such a gift to their eldest son. These are people with impeccable taste and design experts. It was easy and fun to work with them. The head of the family is well versed in stone and all kinds of decorative trimmings. He personally selected materials. The spouse keeps a close eye on designer trends, knows the collections of many factories and is up to date on all the world's new products. They actively participated in the creation of the interior and can rightfully be considered its co-authors. ”

The apartment is located in one of the towers "Moscow-City", which largely predetermined the luxury, fashionable character of the interior. “Customers wanted the future interior to convey the spirit of a skyscraper, be light, modern, extremely ergonomic and at the same time stylish, indicating the status and premium level of life of its owner,” says one of the authors of the project, Sergey Makushev. a portrait of the owner — a young, successful and ambitious businessman. Together with customers, we discussed the main points and developed a project called Premium Men. ”

The apartment is designed for one person, and this circumstance left an imprint on the organization of the interior. Architects highlighted only the sleeping area. The living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway represent a single space. In the private part, the architects applied an interesting engineering solution. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass partition with an adjustable level of blackout. At the same time the lighting system here is so well thought out that the owner, while in the bathroom, can see everything that happens in the apartment, while remaining invisible. Another interesting detail of the interior was the placement of storage systems in the walls and niches.

The style in which the apartments are designed is called by the authors themselves “bourgeois minimalism” or “fusion”. Along with the modern layout and state-of-the-art engineering systems, the most expensive finishing materials and premium-class interior items are used here. To create a complete image, the architects used exclusively furniture from VISIONNAIRE: it became a kind of artistic leitmotif of the interior. As the authors of the project explain, the things of this brand possess charisma, catchy, artistic design, excellent quality, and they helped to create an atmosphere of refined respectability that impresses the owner of the apartment.
