На острове Новая Голландия в Санкт-Петербурге открылось новое модное место Kuznya House. При Петре I на этом месте была кузня: кузнечная мастерская, где ковались инструменты для работ на Галерном дворе. Каменное здание было построено в середине XIX века инженером Михаилом Пасыпкиным. В рамках проекта «Новая Голландия Девелопмент» за три с небольшим года была проведена работа по реставрации кирпичных сводов и фасадов, полностью заменена кровля и восстановлены оконные и дверные рамы, каменная лестница с чугунными перилами. Both facades were decorated with openwork visors on cast supports. Теперь здесь рамещаются два проекта: клуб-ресторан Kuznya House, а также кафе-кулинария «Волконский». Интерьеры разработаны петербургскими архитекторами Сергеем Букиным и Любой Леонтьевой (Ludi Architects), а концепцией занималась компания «Айрис Новая Голландия» и креативный директор «Новой Голландии» Роксана Шатуновская. Интерьер задумывался в духе петербургских дореволюционных квартир. Пространство разделено на несколько зон-комнат.

The atmosphere is created in a relaxed and homely spirit. 
The architects turned European establishment quite in the best traditions of Dutch design. 
Kuznya House plans to earn in full mode in mid-December 2016. Architectural Bureau Ludi Architects is engaged in architectural design, research in the field of space organization, the development of programs of territories and buildings of cultural and business objects. During its existence, the company has developed the concept of improvement for a number of Russian cities, carried out projects of public spaces. Ludi Architects' customers include the Museum of the History of St. Petersburg, the Museum of the History of Urban Sculpture in St. Petersburg, the Minsk National Art Museum, the Administrations of Moscow, Saransk and Saratov.
