How to stick? Along with the wallpaper, it is desirable to buy a special glue suitable for this type. Universal glue, for example, is not so universal: it is not suitable for vinyl coatings. Comfortable wallpaper with already applied a layer of glue. If the walls have already been covered with wallpaper - remove them: it is often enough to pry with a spatula and pull the edge. Cloths do not move away from the wall - wet them with a sponge with warm water and detergent. In extreme cases, use a special liquid. In two-layer wallpaper, the upper layer easily departs, and the lower one will become an excellent substrate for new ones. When the wallpaper is glued for the first time (in a new building), it is better to apply a layer of primer to the surface, and to paste special paper on top (produced in rolls).

The surface must be clean and dry. If you are dealing with plaster or concrete, conduct an experiment: stick a piece of plastic film to the wall and leave overnight. Under the film appeared condensate? So, you can not glue the wall, you need to dry it.
