The apartment is located in the North-East of Moscow. One of its advantages is the view of the park Elk Island. The total area is 72.3 square meters. meters: it placed a bedroom, kitchen-living room, dressing room, two bathrooms, work area.

“The customer wanted an apartment in the style of minimalism. As much practicality as possible, says Anna Akhremenkova. - Therefore, in order not to make the space dull, we have made minimalism expressive. Made the architecture in the interior.

“We wanted to create a clean interior based on architecture,” says Victoria Korneeva. - The exact proportions and composition were important. But the purity of the lines should not be sterile and inanimate. We wanted our architecture to speak and evoke emotions. From here came the dynamic broken walls. They do not reach the ceiling, which preserves the volume and air inside the room, but at the same time they perfectly fulfill their main task - room zoning.

The diagonal layout, in addition to being expressive, is also very convenient. A lot of space usage scenarios appear. For example, in the bedroom, behind the diagonal wall, a dressing room is hidden, in the living room there is an office and a soft podium with a beautiful view of Losinoostrovsky Reserve. ”

The geometry of space is emphasized by an ascetic palette. The main color is white, and complex shapes and volumes emphasize a dark blue hue, which serves as the background.
