The idea of this Minotti Cucine cuisine was suggested by Japan, more precisely, Shoji dividers that connect / divide rooms in a traditional Japanese house, as well as a house and a garden.

The attractiveness of the Hanami kitchen is in the balance of verticals and horizontals. Which are not clean decor, but functional: serve as handles. The material is a fossil tree that has been stored in the depths of nature for thousands of years. The contrast is lericy marble with characteristic thin white veins from the Luce di Carrara collection. Alberto Minotti was responsible for the design.
