«Каюта» A45, по мнению архитекторов, отражает дух минималистичного северного жилья, ориентированного на «комфорт и дизайн» hygge. The Danish word hygge describes the mood of a cozy home, coupled with a sense of well-being and happiness.

The company Klein, led by Danish designer Soren Rose and offices in Copenhagen and New York, intends to develop a series of mini houses. Their projects are made by leading world architects.

The company claims that it can deliver its “cabins” to anywhere in the world within six months. This new type of housing is intended for a growing number of citizens wishing to flee from the city to nature.

The minimum area (17 sq. Meters) includes everything needed for a family of three - an open plan living and sleeping area, a stove, a bathroom and an attic.

The facade of the triangular walls is made of black burnt pine. The “crystalline” shape gives the A45 a constantly changing look. The BIG cabin is built from modules that are assembled on-site, supported by four concrete supports. “Cabin” can be customized by adding the necessary modules to increase the area.

The method allows owners to build their tiny houses in remote areas without the involvement of sophisticated equipment. Most materials are fully recyclable, including wooden frames, flooring, and windows.
