He is an Irishman, self-taught, having made his first dressing table at the age of 12, he traveled a lot in search of technology. He studied craft in the United States, France, Finland, Japan, Argentina. In 1999, he opened his studio in a former potato barn on a family farm near Cork. His tables and chairs from the Enignum I and II series are carved from olive and white ash and resemble fantastic visions, undulating lines fascinate, and it seems that they have neither weight nor volume.

The six-meter table bought for 145 thousand dollars in 2010 went to the new residence of millionaire Diana Vignola in Uruguay. Another copy of Enignum II was then ordered by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire for their estate Chatsworth House in Derbyshire. Later, Joseph Walsh made for the estate a unique collection of 24 chairs, which will be partially shown in the project Reveal. Also at the exhibition will be shown reduced versions of the monumental sculpture Magnum Modus.

The exhibition will run from May 1 to May 24, 2017.
