IFFS Singapore brings together the International Furniture Fair, Design Business Summit, ASEAN Furniture Exhibition (AFS), SingaPlural, and Decor Show. One of the central events of the IFFS is SingaPlural. SingaPlural 2016 represents a wide range of elements - from advertising to architecture, urbanism, interior design and fashion. This year it was visited by more than 28 thousand people from more than 90 countries. Appeared thanks to the support of the Singapore Council of the Furniture Industry in 2012, its initial goal was to create a common platform for young designers and manufacturers. The theme of this year was "Feelings: art and experimental science." Participants had to somehow reflect the feelings (hearing, smell, taste, tactile sensation, etc.). in design items. Most of the participants are recent graduates of architectural, landscape, urban and design schools. For many, there was an opportunity to test their concepts on clients from all over the world and to establish contacts.

ENGULF is a hypnotic installation from XTRA X Celine Ng, thanks to which the viewer finds himself under water, contemplating the surface of the ocean on the reverse side.

Much attention is paid to the materials. At the exposition there are a lot of installations made with the latest technologies. So Aurora (Andrew Loh + Tan Sock Fong + Lindis Chia) is a media project inspired by the aurora borealis, where the color and movements of the color spots vary depending on the movements of the viewer. ENGULF (XTRA X Celine Ng) - a fascinating, hypnotic installation of paper sheets suspended from the ceiling, reminding of the beauty and turbulence of the ocean. Chromaticity (Monocoque Service Design) is a project for the study of light and the perception of color by man.
