Hotel by dimore studio: glamor and chic art deco

The design hotel Saint-Marc, a project of the famous Italian studio Dimore Studio, has opened. Restrained luxury, underlined attention to the geometry of the forms, strict clear lines, abundance of ornaments, richness of colors, the use of expensive materials - at the Saint-Marc hotel turning to the past takes on a modern sound and flavor.

The hotel is located in the historical center of Paris, near the Opera Garnier, in a building that has been leading its history since 1791. Nadia Murano and Denis Nurri, owners of the Hotel Du Petit Moulin in Marais, designed by Christian Lacroix, opened a new page in the life of the theater district of Paris. Once the residence of the Duke de Choiseul, a statesman of the Enlightenment, was located in the hotel building; then the place was taken by the editorial office of the newspaper Le National, and at the beginning of the twentieth century the famous restaurant Poccardi. Until 2013, when it was decided to restructure the building, it housed offices.

Hotel Saint-Marc is small - only 25 rooms ranging from 20 to 40 square meters. m, as well as one room "suite"; For all of them, designers have developed 6 different styles of design. Among the color options are mustard yellow, burgundy red, sky blue and others. Designers note that each room is individual and similar to a cozy apartment, where tourists and travelers expect maximum comfort and aesthetic pleasure. Guests are also offered a hammam (steam bath) and a swimming pool with hydromassage - the interiors are also made in the style of Art Deco.

Among her latest projects is the Aesop boutique, a brand of natural Australian cosmetics in Milan. Dimore Studio is actively engaged in the subject design. For the current project, the studio developed lamps, carpets and some pieces of upholstered furniture.
