Italian brand Cappellini, the brainchild of Giulio Cappellini, relies on timeless objects. Three new collections will be presented at Salone del Mobile (April 17–22, 2018).

In the catalog 2018 from the trendsetter company there are mixes of items created in the 70s-80s (rare Shiro Kuramata items), hits of the 90s (Tom Dixon's wicker chairs) and new universal functional systems. The brand seeks to show its focus on millenials, offering the Easy series - a modular storage system with extensive customization capabilities - and at the same time does not forget about proven design icons that should remind the previous generation of the opportunity to buy the original collection level at an adequate price.

At the Salone del Mobile 2018 exhibition in April, promises to present new products, in which the craft traditions will combine with the production capabilities and aesthetics of today.

Easy series, design: Cappellini studio. The modular collection of furniture includes cabinets and dressers with the possibility of customization. There are more than 20 different compositions with doors, drawers and open compartments. Objects concise, visually light, the effect is enhanced by smooth facades or narrow thin handles. The choice of 70 finishes: the surface can be glossy or matte, varnished or veneered. Shades - natural wood, soft pastel, complex natural colors, bright rich colors. You can also choose the material of the tabletop, so that the object is completely in harmony with the interior.

O-Cap, design: Jasper Morrison. The evolution of the Cap-Chair, created in 2013. Jasper Morrison retained the recognizable silhouette of the chair, its body in leather upholstery, but added a rotating support: this is practical at the same time and makes the model visually lighter. Leather and metal complement each other, maintaining balance and allowing the chair to fit into both office and home interiors. Also available on wheels.

Newood, Design: BrogliatoTraverso. The Italians Alberto Brogliato and Federico Traverso began the cooperation of Cappellini by rethinking the design of traditional Windsor chairs and creating Newood, their lighter and more modern version. These are the first stacked chairs in the brand's collection, made entirely from wood. In the process, a lighter model Newood Light with a back without characteristic "Windsor" rods appeared visually (and in fact). There is a choice of black color and shade of bleached wood, as well as Shanghai blue and cherry red.
