Eight kilometers north of Montefalco, sixteen kilometers south of Assisi. Here is the town of Bevagna. In the XIX century, the glory of this place thundered all over Italy, because the best linen fabrics and special wines were made here. This attracted Arnoldo Caprai, a connoisseur of both. More than ten years ago, he bought a villa nearby. In the late 1990s, the building, dating from the mid-18th century, was badly damaged by an earthquake, and it needed to be seriously restored.
