Julien Colombier captivated the fashionable audience with an incredible installation. Invited to the International Festival of Fashion and Photography in Yera, this self-taught artist presented the project Jungle Credibility.
Colombier's murals decorated not only the festival in Yera. His work can be found on the walls of fashionable Parisian hotels and in the windows of boutiques. Colombier's work invites viewers to a colorful walk through the lush jungle. On a black acrylic background, he paints plants, flowers and leaves in oil pastel. Its luminous shades vibrate with rare intensity, filling the space with real tropics. One part of the installation with a set of floral silhouettes constitutes a kind of sad-zen, the second uses the visual effects that Julien invented for the Chanel boutique in Rome, which opened in late 2015.

Boutique Chanel in Rome. 2016 The festival of fashion and photography in Hyères takes place annually at the end of spring in the picturesque resort setting of the Villa Noailles. This masterpiece of modernism was created by the architect Robert Malle-Stevens in 1920. A year ago, the prestigious French festival celebrated its thirtieth birthday. Virginie Villard, Carolyn de Megre, Karin Roitfeld, Princess of Monaco Carolina entered the star jury of the current season, and Karl Lagerfeld, creative director of the Chanel House, headed the jury. Since 1998, LVMH has been a partner of the International Festival of Fashion and Photography in Yera.
During the festival, assistants dressed from head to toe from Mansour Badjoko glanced against the jungle of Colombier, with textile motifs from Pierre Frey presented with the same motif.
