DRY Milano is a classic Italian pizzeria in which all traditional codes are turned upside down: instead of sports matches, video art, instead of designing an interior, designing relationships.

Brass - the main material in the finish.

Unlike the first evening bar DRY Milano, opened in 2013, the second one has a “double soul” - day and evening and an even more universal concept. The architects tried to reverse the idea of the bar as a kind of altar, destroying the filter between those who work and those who serve. As a result, there is a non-hierarchical distribution of space.

The furniture was custom-made by design studio F.lli Bianchi.

Visitors move along an S-shaped trajectory: between different rooms, which vary depending on the time of day, the number of people, and the intensity of light.

Cocktail "stations", where la mise en place takes place, are organized in three places and surrounded by common tables. An open layout allows customers to observe the preparation of drinks. A separate room is dedicated to the pizzeria-restaurant.

Equipment for video art created by Paola Clerico / Case Chiuse.

Wooden floors, brass elements contrasted with the walls, where there are traces of time and unfinished finish. Materials used in unusual ways, and the ceilings are painted in shades of ultraviolet. The furniture was custom-made by design studio F.lli Bianchi. Its simplified designs pay tribute to the work of the Italian designer Aldo Chibich.

Head chef Andrea Burton offers a variety of pizzas, salads, meats and snacks (for example, Panatti bresaola).
