Dermapoliesis is an imaginary place associated with organic matter, not technology. The world of new flora and fauna, which independently reproduces waste materials to meet the daily needs. “We currently live in a techno-utopian design of the 1970s and the 1980s,” said Chibich. From the beginning of civilization, man tried to enslave nature instead of using the vital forces of plants and animals with their network intelligence, ability to communicate, recover, eat and smell. Creating Dermapoliesis, Matteo hopes to inspire future scientists to reprogram organic resources in order to create new organic materials and plants. So Matteo sees the future - an organic environment that lives, grows, feeds us, producing our furniture, clothing and pleasing us.

The exhibition is open until October 8.
