The name is an abbreviation of Business On Board - "business on board": the hotel seeks to increase the attractiveness through coworking, offering visitors a place for a temporary office. Despite the proximity of the busy train station, the hotel is located in a block with bucolic gardens, fragrant bakeries and photogenic groceries, where there is an atmosphere in which you want not only to relax, but also enjoy working. In the rooms (45) almost theatrical scenes are created. Designers have chosen beds with velvet headboards, fashionable chairs Pols Potten, brass elements, author's graphics to decorate the walls. Everywhere there is a cozy timeless atmosphere, based on handmade elements and objects of its own design (lamps, chairs, mirrors created by the duet Desjeux Delaye).
Desjeux Delaye rethinks chic in all its forms. The style of the duet is characterized by a bold maryazh of old and new, simple and complex.
Daphne Desjeux and Dorothée Delaye, Desjeux Delaye. They say that their inspiration is drawn from the work of iconic figures for contemporaries, such as Coco Chanel or Inés de la Fressange, who mark Paris chic without pathos. Before embarking on the BOB hotel project, the duo experimented with modern and exotic retro in the interiors of the four-star Hôtel SNOB.
This boutique hotel was opened on rue Saint Denis at the end of 2016. Inside the Hôtel SNOB - panoramic wallpaper, black and white graphics, mahogany, lacquered furniture, fringe, velvet and brass, palm trees and flamingos. But one - in a helmet, and the other - with a bag of chips in their hands.
