“We got to work a free space with one bearing wall and two risers,” the designers recall. The great advantage was the presence of panoramic windows that overlook the natural reserve "Setun Valley", as well as two French balconies. Work on the planning decision was quick and easy: the windows dictated the position of the rooms. We gave the largest full-length panoramic window to the open space, which houses the living room, dining room and kitchen. It was here that we decided to bring into the interior a bit of modern pathos and glamor.
Inna Tejoeva, Zina Broyan “The most significant budget item turned out to be a wall with a biofireplace and a panel of mother-of-pearl mosaic, which is complemented by mirrors and art objects in the form of heads. We did not begin to trim the entire wall with expensive material, added mirrors to the mosaic, thus increasing the visual space and saving money. ”
The wall with a biofireplace is trimmed with a mosaic of Sicis and mirror cloths. 
The sofa area is decorated with two bright Tre Pezzi chairs, diz. F. Albini (remake of Cassina). Cement sculptures-head Decorama. 
The largest panoramic window is given to open space.

Two graphic works were performed by Z. Broyan: “We often use works made specifically for the interior, they make it unique”. 
The glossy facades of the Virs kitchen perfectly complemented the palette. 
Bedroom. Three works by Z. Broyan, made specifically for this room, soften the geometry of the wallpaper Harlequin.

For the bathroom in the bedroom, Love Tiles tiles are used, resembling fabric in texture. The floor is marbled granite from Rex. 
According to the wishes of the customers, the designers provided for both the bath and the shower. Sanitary ware Аrtceram, Zucchetti mixers. Диванную зону украшают два бордовых удивительно удобных кресла Tre Pezzi от Cassina, которые дизайнеры использовали как цветовые пятна. Ковер от Crate & Barrel связывает все цвета предметов и текстиля в опен спейсе. «Если вы хотите добавить акцентный цвет, то нужно использовать какой-то соединительный элемент. В нашем случае таким связующим звеном стал ковер. Гармония цвета — условие роскоши в интерьере».
