Three years ago in France, on the occasion of it, he managed to buy a barge in which he arranged a family home for himself, his wife, gallery owner Nina Frangulyan, and two children, Yana and George. The authors of the project are the owner himself, the spouse and the staff of his studio. The barge had to redo much and improve. The house on the water should be comfortable and safe, so special attention is paid to ventilation, heating and sound insulation. All interiors of floating dwellings are solved in the same style: simple modern spaces, furnished with authentic objects of the 30s and 70s. Now the ship, moored in front of the Eiffel Tower, is not only a family house in the very center of Paris, but also an excellent reception area. Barge - the perfect place to relax and live. Frangulyan friends come to them at the barbecue with pleasure. Life on the river gives a unique opportunity, being in the center of the city, to rest and hide from its bustle.

“Of course, there are a lot of tourists around, and we involuntarily become the center of noisy holidays. But we ourselves wanted to live in the center of the most beautiful city in the world, ”says Andrei Frangulyan.

On the barge there was a place for the office-workshop. Here you can always retire and do design. Life on the water requires training. “I do not tolerate rolling, but slowly strengthen the vestibular apparatus. And we immediately offer the guests an excellent remedy for seasickness — a glass of white wine. ” The boat requires special attention. In bad weather, someone must be on board. But the pleasure of living on water is still more than problems.
