The decor of this interior is dominated by a floral theme, given by the paintings bought by the hostess. Irises, poppies, callas - looking at this flower splendor, it seems that I got into the country garden, and not into the Moscow apartments. It was this effect that the architect wanted to achieve. Svetlana Rusetskaya

In the beginning, the hostess was going to do a lot herself, but then turned to the architect Svetlana Rusetskaya. They immediately found a common language. Customers are cheerful, cheerful, sociable people. And they wanted to see the apartment the same - light, light, elegant, without fanciful pomp. The hostess has long liked the picturesque flower canvases, and finally there was an opportunity to make the interior “for them”. Many decorative elements (for example, stained glass) are somehow connected with the floral theme. When picking up the decor, they constantly kept in memory one of the works — spectacular, realistic Irises.

Project author Svetlana Rusetskaya says that the location of the apartment - the historical center - affected the image of the apartment. At the same time, the windows offer a stunning view of the new business center of the city - the Moscow-City complex. So in the interior: the atmosphere of an old mansion is combined with modern technology.

“When you get into this apartment, at first it seems that you are in a country house,” says Svetlana. “But in reality it’s the very center.” A neutral color range of soft, honey tones adjusts to a relaxed mood. Dimmed lighting, specially designed coffee corners, a fireplace area, comfortable classic furniture - all this works to create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. "In this house you want to live not just for years - for decades," - adds the hostess.

Architect Svetlana Rusetskaya: “This interior largely reflects the character of the customers. Yes, and it was done in a creative tandem. The hostess took an active part in everything related to the project, from the details of the layout to the selection of the tile. Floral motifs played a leading role in the decoration. They are unobtrusively given in almost all rooms: somewhere - on the stained glass windows, somewhere - in a mosaic or tile ornament. We have significantly changed the layout, so that the apartment has more natural light. Which again gave the effect of a cozy chamber ”
