The tasting of collection wine should take place under special conditions, says Carlo Cappellini: “While developing the design of this wine tasting stand, we thought about the comfort that we must accompany the tasting. Hence there are soft, streamlined forms of the rack, perfectly polished surfaces, a pleasantly-plump underframe (it is covered in leather using a carriage-tie technique). In addition to light, perfectly tanned leather, materials such as stingray leather, wood and steel are also used here. According to the designers, the wealth of materials corresponds to the richness of a bouquet of rare wine; this is a beautiful poetic parallel. For people of practical importance, it will be important to learn about the technical equipment of this rack, which is equipped with drawers on the inside, including for the storage of special tools. ”
