They say last name Родольфо Gonders is related to wine. It was the wine theme that the designer made for the kitchen of the Barrique factory ERNESTOMEDAwhich on "INTERIOR SHOW" was represented by the company "PRIME GROUP"

The name of the kitchen - Barrique - is translated from Italian as "Wine Barrel", and the kitchen itself is a dream of collectors and fans of good wine. The most important thing here is a luxurious deep burgundy color, the color of a noble wine of long aging. Such wines have a bright classic aroma and a complex, slightly tart taste. Tone set cabinets showcases with glasses of different shades of red and white - by analogy with the appropriate types of wines. The overall color scheme is supported by a maroon tabletop, and in some places dark cherry marble of the rosso levanto variety. Their rich color emphasizes the surface of smooth light brown shades. They are made of bleached striped walnut.

One of the most original parts of the kitchen is the stockade of bottle holders. "If you are proud of your wine, it’s not good to hide it in the bins," says Gonders. - It needs to be shown, to organize exhibitions, to create its own exposition, depending on the composition of the collection, probably even claiming to be museum-like. Barrique is good because this exposure can change as often as you like. I'm tired of some kind of bottle - out of sight, in the closet. There was a new acquisition - on the honorable, exhibition place! "

Like all other models from ERNESTOMEDA, the factories are young, but already well-known both to the general public and professionals, the Barrique kitchen is distinguished by high quality and functionality - various turning mechanisms for opening cabinets make it as convenient as possible. A wide choice of bases and storage elements, rich possibilities for embedded equipment allow you to create any composition - linear, angular, with an island and a peninsula.

The highlight of the Barrique was a walnut cupboard with glass doors in which to place the glasses, and a touch diode light. Highlighting here is given maximum attention. The kitchen looks most impressive in the evening - thanks to the different light scenarios, an atmosphere of a stylish party for the chosen is created.

Unlike many modern kitchens, concise but dryish, Barrique can not be called purely minimalist. Gonders managed to bring harmony to the accuracy of the lines, the adjustment of proportions and rich color plus active light. Known for its unmistakable sense of texture, so at times it is even compared to fashion designers, Gonders and here masterfully combines wood, lacquer, glass, steel and marble. The texture largely determines the tactile sensations. The surfaces of Barrique cause sensations akin to taste. Perhaps this affects the origin of the designer, because Italy is a country where they love to eat. It is no coincidence that he calls this model the embodiment of taste.
