Architects of the Snou Project bureau designed in Saratov an interior with a beautiful view of the Volga

The architects were lucky: the views of the customer on what should be the interior of the house, in many respects coincided with their own. An important factor that influenced the result was the natural context. The villa is located on a hill, and through the windows - the stained-glass windows offer a view of the Volga and the city, which lies on its shores. The working title of the object, Hollywood, beats this feature - the unique location of the house.

The feeling of spaciousness is transferred to the interior. Its compositional center has become a vast living room filled with light. In fact, this is a multifunctional space that combines dining, kitchen, cinema and fireplace areas. This is a solid territory for recreation and communication. The only border between the zones was a transparent partition of tinted triplex encased in aluminum frames. In the living room you can judge the style in which the whole house is decorated. The main topics here are mixing, contrast, a combination of different cultures and eras. Here are intertwined ethnics, classics, modernity. Traditional materials (brick, gypsum, copper, bronze, wood) coexist with ultramodern (polished aluminum and glass).

The sleeping area is solved more uniformly. This is a monochrome space; Dotted accents such as neoclassical lighting and furniture make a difference to its design. But there is nothing superfluous; on the contrary, it created a feeling of airiness and spaciousness characteristic of the interior as a whole. Thus, in the design of the house you can find blotches of different styles and eras, but all together they work on the perception of the house as a home for a modern person who is not devoid of luxury.

Nikolay Novichkov: “It was interesting for us to work on the project, since we reached a full understanding with the customer. There were almost no restrictions on his part. We experimented with styles and materials. As a result, the interior was created, filled with many contrasts, while it looks very organic "
