Interest in plant foods in general and in fruits and vegetables in particular has never been so high. Whether this is related to a healthy lifestyle that has come into fashion, or to the growing shortage of environmentally friendly places on the planet, or to anything else, is not that important.

Adult uncles and aunts are happy to sip beetroot-cabbage cocktails at a dinner at restaurants and order vegetarian side dishes, and for dessert, fresh fruit. Every season in restaurants and trendy cafes a trend is changing for an advanced fresh recipe: celery mixed with apple, carrot with olive oil, red grapefruit with parsley or orange, grapefruit and 30 grams of lemon juice ...
