... The hot rustle of summer, Like a holiday outside my window, Anna Akhmatova Summer is a time when bodies are exposed and feelings are revealed. The eye, tired of the monotony of the winter range, wants to enjoy a bright, even screaming, red-pink palette. “My mind is scorched by the already fragrant, burning wind” - these lines of the great poetess can be attributed to the works of Dutch florists who represent the “flower fashion” of the summer of 2001. Each of these compositions is a poem dedicated to the beauty of nature. The motto of the season - "sensuality". Arrangements are made in the style of "modern". He is again in favor. Tribute to fashion - smooth contours and bizarre forms of stems, twisted unimaginable beauty and color bouquets. The dominant colors of the compositions are all shades of red, “Rubens” pale pink and “brutal” black. The summer trend of 2001 collected flowers of the most unusual form: anthurias with their amazing buds, heliconia, callas. These exotic creatures are compiled by the rose, the queen of flowers and the eternal companion of lovers, the strict classical carnation and the still unblown buds of peonies. All compositions are imbued with a romantic mood and sensuality, playful erotic notes in them. Glass and plastic of bright, screaming hues, velvet and skin of corporal and red colors, contrast of matte and glossy textures, simple laconic forms, fashionable in the 60s, is an incomplete arsenal of tools used by florists. Callas, helicols and anthurias, aggressively penetrating between other flowers, speak of tenderness and passion, intoxicating like red wine.
