Two years ago, a Hyatt appeared in Kiev. The first hotel of the famous chain in Ukraine looks completely European - the realm of glass and metal

Now it is difficult to imagine that the first hotel under the Hyatt label appeared only in 1957 (in Los Angeles): it seems they always were. Every year, several new hotels open in various parts of the world (now they are in 45 countries). In the summer of 2007 came the turn of the capital of Ukraine - Kiev.

Hyatt Regency Kiev stands directly opposite the St. Sophia Cathedral. The hotel was built by the German architectural bureau Fiebiger GmBH. Representatives of Hotel Design Inc also worked on the interior, as can be seen from the name of the bureau, hotel specialists. The lobby was designed by the French bureau Wilmotte et Associes. So what did this multinational team do? The facade of glass and steel stands out against the background of the historical buildings of this part of the city. It seems to be some kind of futuristic film: sheer glazing makes the hotel look like a flying saucer. Inside striking scope. And the views from the windows - on the gilded domes of St. Sophia and St. Michael’s Cathedrals. The interior of the hotel is distinguished by a neutral color scheme, expensive finishes, first-class technical "stuffing" ...

From the hotel restaurants do not want to leave: it is tasty and interesting. The Grill Asia has two open kitchens - with wood-burning stove, coal grill and giant wok pans. The hotel has its own fitness and SPA-center Naturel.
