Andrey KabanovAndrey Kabanov: "Initially, the project was completely different. In fact, only the planning solution was preserved from it. As for the style, it evolved. During construction, its original purification gradually proceeded, and the owner of the apartment, a young, energetic, educated, very progressive aesthetic views. Not always active customer intervention is so positive - here we are really lucky. The result of evolution and "cleansing", the consistent rejection of the tempting variety of shapes, colors and f Aktur was a stylistically homogeneous (I want to say - perfect) space, an amazing fusion of austerity and elegance. Self-leveling polymer floors, ceilings made of plaster, plastered, covered with vinyl and painted walls - this is the finish of almost all rooms. presented in its finest gradations. The customer insisted that we not use traditional materials (for example, ceramic tiles). He wanted everything to be strictly, concisely, without unnecessary adornment. The space itself, organized extremely rationally, is subject to a clear rhythm of straight lines (we deliberately got rid of unnecessary back streets). The main premises, which are mostly of regular regular shape, are “strung” on two axes. One axis passes through the game lounge (here it is planned to put a billiard table) and a private area, which includes a bedroom, a gym and a bathroom unit. The second one crosses the living room with a fireplace, a corridor and a kitchen. Since most of the openings in this apartment are left open (except for bathrooms, you can retire behind the doors only in the bedroom and the nursery), this enfilade composition forms end-to-end connections, creating a spectacular "roll call" of the rooms. The furniture in the house, perfectly corresponding to a geometrically clear spatial structure, is the result of the creative efforts of the designers Svyatozar Andreev and Oleg Shurmin, who perfectly got into the given image. " Andrey Kabanov: "Much in the ideology of this apartment came from the customer. And I believe that we managed to create an interior that truly reflects his attitude, consistent with the integrity of his character ..."
